A detailed description of this judging system can be found in the International Dance Organization regulations.
Elimination round
The judges rate each performance with one P dimension, on a scale from 1 to 30. Performances with the highest scores are given crosses. Number of crosses to give is automatically calculated based on the number of performances in the round or set by the scrutineer or chairman.
Later on, performances with the largest number of crosses are qualified for the next round.
Final round
The judges rate each performance with one P dimension, on a scale from 1 to 30. Basing on given points, each performance is given a unique place from 1 to number of performances in the round.
Later on, the final rank is calculated using skating system.
